Reviews are an increasingly important part of the purchase journey for online consumers. Indeed, a recent world survey found that 64% of consumers would read online reviews when purchasing any product online. This also means that more consumers will be searching for the name of the product plus the word 'review', or related words such as 'ratings'.

All reviews are valuable, and a mix of positive and negative reviews helps to improve consumer trust in the opinions they read. However, in India, the problem is most of our customers not willing to write their reviews. Nevertheless, for better sales condition we need all of your support by writing the review after shopping from us it may be negative or positive.

It is found that people that seek out and read negative reviews convert better, as the very fact that they are paying such close attention means they are more likely to be in purchase mode.

The benefits of negative reviews very much depend on the proportion of positive to negative. The negative reviews make the positive ones more believable, but there is a point at which they ring alarm bells for consumers.
